Assessment answers and manually entered lab values are processed in your browser tab. This site has no account, email gate, database, medical-record upload, lab upload, or answer-storage endpoint. Submitted values are not included in analytics. Closing or refreshing the page clears the result.

Medical boundary

Core Health Report provides general educational information. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, disease prediction, emergency guidance, or a clinician relationship.

Affiliate disclosure

Some optional outbound links may be affiliate links. If enabled, Core Health Report may receive a commission from a qualifying HealthLabs purchase at no added cost to you. Recommendations are displayed independently of answers and never alter assessment results.

External services

External analytics may receive only non-sensitive funnel events, never submitted answers or lab values. An outbound merchant applies its own privacy and commerce terms.
